Enter exhibition mode, then press L2 + R2 repeatedly until a dong sound is heard. This will unlock the Dingers and Islanders, who will now be selectable under the 90's teams.

The Dingers Superteam can also come to the party during batting practice. To activate this, press L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 (simultaneously) at the batting practice team selection screen and the Dingers will appear next to the Cooperstown Legends.
