HYDRO THUNDER SECRET TRACKS To unlock all the secret tracks and secret boats, you need to play the game in two-player mode, and win each race.
RACE AS FISHING BOAT Enable all of the hidden tracks (above). Highlight the Thresher at the boat selection screen. Then, hold L + R and press View twice. Select the Chumdinger to race in a fishing boat.
RACE AS THE TINY TITANIC Once you feel as though you can conquer the game, this is your goal. You need to place in the top three to enter the medium courses. Once you've beated them by placing in the top two, you'll enter the hard races. Place first in each of these to access the bonus tracks. Place first in the three first bonus tracks and you'll be able to race in the most dastardly boat in the game - the Tiny Titanic - just make sure you stray away from the icebergs!
TURBO START To give yourself a little unfair boost at the start of the race, hold the left trigger while the game is loading. As the number 3 of the countdown fades. release left and hold the right trigger. As the number 2 fades, do the opposite (release right and hold left), then do the opposite again as the number 1 fades.You should end up with the right trigger held as the race starts.
